On August 11, 2010 the Director General of the Regional School and the Director General of Health and Welfare of the Emilia-Romagna Region have signed the application of the Decision of the Regional n.108/2010 . With this agreement we kick off the implementation phase of resolution, especially with regard to the award of compensatory measures of computer science students with ASD.

The MIUR has issued on 13 aprile la circolare n. 37 che detta istruzioni per l'attribuzione delle dotazioni organiche del personale docente nelle scuole di ogni ordine e grado per il prossimo anno scolastico.

La circolare fornisce istruzioni per la quantificazione degli organici sulla base del numero delle sezioni/classi attivabili e degli orari di funzionamento.

Alla circolare sono allegate le tabelle che precisano in dettaglio i posti assegnati a ciascun Ufficio scolastico regionale per ogni settore scolastico e per le attività di sostegno agli alunni con disabilità.
